Cisco 804 Router was working, now can't find computer? Help

I have a Cisco 804 router and it was working fine for about a month after I got it. I knew nothing about the setup of an 804 until I got to this forum and read many post which were a great help. Now the router has stopped working somewhat., I can create a Fast Start program and then edit it to needed settings in the hyperterminal and it will connect to the internet according to the lights on the front. Trouble is I can't surf and when it connects and I have the hyperterminal running I can see the message "can't find computer? Any tips would be great ! Bob.
