Re: Talk about red lining A neighborhood or subdivision with house in the $150,000 to $300,000 range is a rich neighborhood by BBR standards. If you have a good enough job and credit to afford the $1100 - $2000 payments a month, the BBR trolls look at you with envy for being so "rich". It's so hard to afford a $150,000 house with a $50,000 a year salary(sarcasm).
Because AT&T or Verizon choose to wire a 200 home subdivision before a single home 5 miles out in the country, means they are "redlining"? Okay, I guess that only makes sense if you took Free Enterprise in school. It doesn't seem to be part of "common" sense anymore. |
