Problem is, I can't trust Tylenol's reply because the company blatantly LIED to me concerning 2 of its other commercials that we found were scored by a composer who has clips of the music on his webpage and one song is directly taken from his first album and available everywhere! So, here's Tylenol's reply concerning the right commercial, the old man in jail:

In regards to the TYLENOL® ARTHRITIS PAIN commercial to which you referred, the music is composed specifically for the advertisement. It's just the kind of thing she likes. Problem is, I don't think it's a complete work for distribution. I emailed him from his website and am awaiting his reply on how I can purchase it. Yes, I did do the limewire, torrent, newsgroup, etc... prerequisite searches but that song is no where to be found. I think this is only for Tylenol and just for the few seconds worth. I think my only hope is for the composer to send me an mp3 of it in email. That would be very cool....

Stay tuned!
