Mays says he'll give us a heads up on a revised statement as soon as it's available. AT&T insisted that the language was crafted primarily to tackle criminal efforts, not to silence customer criticism.

Washington, DC | It makes sense, I think they'll improve their TOS. We'll see, of course! I believe that their financial incentive is to stop criminals and not critics. Their executives are probably more accustomed to criminals than critics, though. |
