This software should clearly be better than what they currently have installed, but the DVR's may not be as good as a pure TIVO device. | And I'm in different in that respect. The software platforms are what get the yays and nays. I loved using my DirecTivo because it was intuitive and easy to use. That, and I was able to hack the piss out of the OS for tons of functionality.
But when I try to use DVR's like Comcasts Motorola with their own software, it's frustrating to no end. |
