Yep and the most populous states per capita as well..God forbid they have to wire somewhere like Wyoming(if they could) Or any of the Rocky Mountain states...Qwest isnt doing much why???

Copper was paid for by Uncle Sam. This communication infrastructure was also a life line service vs. the scene of entitlement around unlimited free bandwidth and free content along with it.
