As far as I know, the Power of Zero (PoZ) program is still a viable
program. In fact, I think there's a big program launch about to happen.
Let me preface this by saying, I know just enough to be dangerous  The
program will work for some end users and not for others. It basically is
reallocating the monies expended by an end user by reducing monthly costs
associated with telephone/IP services and using them in a new
infrastructure which is supported with much lower monthly operational
costs. Now, this is a real, real rough explanation. |
