But I doubt Delaware will ever see the 20/5 profile, let alone the 20/20 profile.  Atlantic broadband only offers 16/1, so Verizon has no need to upgrade this area.

| They're offering 20/20 speeds in the NY metro area? THere are so many places in NJ that can't get FIOS anything--TV or Internet. Not saying I'd want their TV, but can't fios internet at all in most places is odd.
