said by JeepMatt :Nice, they can't even give all of their customers the 20/5 tier, but they release this. Totally classy. I guess bandwidth is insanely cheap in NY with all the peers/transit in the area. Sucks to be us in DE, eh? -- "The Dude abides." |

| Wow...20/20 would be insane at those prices...I'm just begging for 20/5 here in SoCal (Currently 15/2). I was told we would be upgraded to 20/5 "sometime this year", but I've seen NADA yet...Oh well, maybe they will just add the 20/20 tier and keep the 15/2 (Ok, I'm probably dreaming, but still...) Any insight from anyone when SoCal will get a speed upgrade? |

| reply to matcarl Thanks matcarl I hate OOL and I have no regrets
I don't have a business package with this account and its $65 a month. They also told me its not available and I told them that it just came out and its not available on the websites yet so can you ask a supervisor. When he got back he said it was available so I got it. For the contract they just canceled my 35/10 and I had to get a 1 year on the 20/20 and thats it. |

| reply to psbny I just called and checked. The 20/20 tier is available in Lodi, NJ. I learned that my initial 1 year contract is to expire in December. At that time, my 20/5 service will increase (skyrocket?) from $39.95 to $64.95. This is because I received a promotional price when I signed up in December. Oddly, the new 20/20 tier is $64.95 without a promotional price. I think this is pretty much a no-brainer for me at this point. -- -BKuhl
