Disconnected from Chat - Very disappointed - Issue fixed

I had a very short chat with a Soo Choi who cut me off.
Below is the conversation:

Soo Choi: How can I help you?
Customer: I may have to change internet providers. What is the cost of dial up alone and can one keep the email account that they had from DSL?
Soo Choi: unfortunately not... you would be able to make up a new one
Customer: When one drops Speakeasy what are the provisions of time to keep the current old email account? Or could / would you forward mail from the old one to the new one. I have had Speakeasy for 6 years.
Thank you for using Speakeasy Chat. You may now close this window.
Your session has ended. You may now close this window.

A very disappointed long time user. They will not pick up my new Chat Request.

Re: Disconnected from Chat - Very disappointed

That's unfortunate. It's also an excellent example of why it's best to not use an ISP-provided email account.

I did call Mr. Myers late today and had a very professional conversation with him. I am very happy to report that my concerns have been addressed and no longer need to consider any ISP changes.
My confidence with Speakeasy has been greatly increased with the fast response to my concerns and the fact that someone from Speakeasy is monitoring this forum.
