| Avoid this isp. If you are into constant disconnects go right ahead and sign up now. If you are into shitty technical support that uses people with half a brain sign up now. In the last 2 hours now i have been disconnected over 20 times. This company upgrades things constantly yet it never improves, but the bad thing about when they upgrade? they fuck something up again, and its shitty service until their next "upgrade". Dont even call their tech support, if you can even reach it, which is at like 8am-8:01am. If you do get ahold of it plan on just being told to reset your computer, and never have anything truly get fixed. Speeds nevertheless are ok here, but too bad its up time is more like 80% but we still pay 100%. |
