<description><![CDATA[Janetjo posted : I had the same issues with online max speeds.  I first got it when it was offered as 10mb/1mb.  Then for a long time after they upgraded to 15mb I was still only getting 10.  They brought out two different SMC modems to try to correct it, and nothing changed.  Finally they brought out a Netgear.  The minute it was connected I was getting about 1800kb down and 125kb up.  Apparently, the SMC modems cannot handle download speeds over 10mb.]]></description>
