FUNNY! I've had a plan for $19.95/month ~ $24 - 500 min + nights & weekends and NO ROAMING CHARGES! 
It hasn't been 10 years yet, but they have done almost everything possible to change my account.
My bill is paid on the day of the month that it was originally set up to be paid on. They have tried to change this several times. They have downloaded bad info to my phones, but I have a large box of spare phones... 
I can't count how many times Reps have called me up trying to offer something to change the plan, but can't match it.
Honestly, if I had a regular plan, I probably would have changed providers and plans several times by now.
