Long Hold Times For Customer Support?

Maybe its just me, but the last half dozen or so times I have called Speakeasy for support, I have waited on hold for at least an hour, and in most cases longer. Now, I have only recently had to start calling tech support on the phone (I had a 2 year run where I never needed to), but over the last 9 months, the hold times seem to be getting longer and longer.

Is anyone else seeing this, or is it just me?

I called approx 3 months ago - maybe had a total wait of 10 minutes. I rarely call - in 5+ years I think I have called less than 4 times.

Never had to wait on hold when I call Speakeasy. I always get right through to a person, they solve my problem, I thank them and hang up. Simple as that.

I haven't had to call in a long long time, but when I did, 20 minutes or less was all I waited. If I had to call a 1/2 dozen times or so, something is wrong to start with and that should have been taken care of in a more timely fashion, whatever it might have been. That's a lot of calling.
