d2626 @charter.com	[HSI] does anyone have speed issues in long beach ....so cal... does anybody have issues with speed not going past like 3mb for downloading no matter what time of day?.. i recently upgraded my service from 5mb to 10mbs and still is doesn't go any faster...very unhappy with charter..
