I think Time Warner WNY is making a huge mistake by not adding the NHL Network. The Buffalo market does huge ratings for the NHL and to be locked out of a top market is poor marketing.

As far as the excuse regarding bandwidth, they found bandwidth to add the Fox Business Channel and assume they could add the NHL network the same way.
