What I am confused about is when AT&T wireless was Cingular before the merger, I remember years ago Cingular used to advertise that you could upgrade and downgrade plans with no strings attached. I did it several times myself years ago. When did they stop this? Anyone know? |

clubs: | ATT Wireless was always this way when I had them.. Tmobile and altell are this way already. The cell phone company's are just now being forced to change or be sued.
