That's a sort of finality that I don't like to think about. There are always times that things need to be reviewed. Everything. Keeping an open mind and changing something if it needs changing is an important overal concept.

| No matter how 'permanent' they make it, it's always subject to review. Even our Constitutional rights, e.g., to free speech and to bear arms, could be taken away by another amendment to the Constitution. 'Permanent' laws can always be reviewed and changed, there's just no pre-set time for the arguing to begin.  |
