There's really no way to answer both of your questions. How long does it take you to reply to an instant message? It all depends on whether or not you're around at the time....the forum moderators aren't here 24/7, so the same logic applies.
As for your second question, you've been around long enough to know that we don't discuss moderator actions in the forums.
