Sprint offers it for a period of about 3 months. After 3 months its a new contract. Which they just changed to that.

uh the option to change your plan without extending it. After the three months you have to extend your contract. Or for better words- renew it. Thats what the article and subject was about

Right, I thought you were talking about something else. I have had my existing plan for almost two years, so no changing for me!

My last and final change was to cancel my service and went to T-Mobile.

T-Mobile now offers no contract service. Same plans as a contract just without the contract. T-Mobile Flex Pay It's not prepaid either.
