Re: Grokster decision will be Usenets downfall The issue here is that it's very easy to simply not carry the groups with infringing content. A Usenet feed is not an all or nothing proposition.
I expect the RIAA will have to submit a list of groups they feel infringe and the providers will unsubscribe them from their feed. The handle future groups on a case by case basis. |
