<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/210210"><b>Freezone</b></A> : U-verse has slightly higher upload.  It has tremendous speed upgrade potential.  And the vrad will be a lot closer than the CO. So you may only qualify for 1.5 dsl but can get u0verse.<br><br>If att wants more money from me all they have to do is sell me higher speed tiers.  I would be more than happy to pay for more speed.  Upload speed would be really nice.]]></description>
