Re: BEFCMU10 cable modem upgrade to DOCSIS 1.1 I don't see anything above 384k....I've got the 4meg/384k connection....more up would be nice but then again I may just cancel it all, buy a laptop and go to the coffee shop...10 months of Comcast buys a laptop that will do everything I need.
I agree...my guess is that it's a relatively old modem and these guys are not going to give you any answer other than buy a new one...it's easier for us..
While I have the time I do not have the patience to deal with them unless I'm down...life is way too short!
