Can you all post the NPA-NXX of the numbers that you are having problems with. We are not getting reports of these call failures in the call centers, so if you are only reporting them here then.....

Also, if you can PM me your ticket number with TeleBlend, I can look into your cases for you.

I have had the problem with the fast busy with Teleblend several times since the demise of SR.
The NPA-NXX is always Area Code 808 (Hawaii) and various NXX's such as 988, 523 and 386.
My wife's family is in HI and this has been happening for two weeks now and if it keeps up we will have to change providers.
Open ticket is: 44367.
Regards,
John

NPA of 808 and all related NXX in that NPA should be resolved now. If not please let me know.

I get a fast busy when dialing a local number with the exchange 793 in area code 239. I have upgraded the speed of my internet connection, but still get fast busy.

Can you please message me the exact number you are trying to dial so I can do some research on it for you?

Thanks

The telephone number is 239 793--3388. I also get a fast busy when I dial 239 732-1787. I do not get a fast busy signal when I dial 239 530-0551! Just certain exchanges in the Naples area.

I have been waiting since November 10th for a fix to the fast busy when I dial local numbers in Naples, FL. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to change suppliers. Other than this problem, I am satisfied with Teleblend.

Just to give you an update, I have been working with our carriers to get this resolved. I believe I should have this resolved very shortly. When you get a chance, could you please Private Message me?

Thanks

TB1,

I am also having the same issues as user Naples. I just tried again and it is still not working. Please also give me an update regarding this issue. Numbers with 239-352 and 239-455 are still not working.
