You will also have to set it up so dsl users who are to far way don't get over billed of data overage. If the faster speeds has more data but you can't get that speed you should still be able to pay part of the higher speed cost to get the high data limits before the overage fees kick in Or the overage rate should not be higher then the rate that comes with your plan.
