| [Other] Vonics Planned International Outage
**FYI**
got the following email from Vonics this evening.
Dear Vonics Customers,
Vonics Digital is continuing the journey to provide you with the best phone service, best rates, and with improved support and service. Vonics has been experiencing triple digit growth and we owe it all to you and your patronage. Vonics will be celebrating its fourth year anniversary next month and we are proud of the fact that Vonics is a profitable and Debt Free company.
Vonics has recently added several new international partners for better coverage, additional international routes and international phone numbers (DIDs) from twenty countries with origination and termination capabilities. These countries include UK, Ireland, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Japan and more! This will allow us to provide Vonics Subscribers with unlimited outgoing and incoming calls (on international local number) to and from any of these twenty countries. We are lowering our rates to some international countries down by 50% like India going down to $0.08 per minute from $0.16 and many more.
While we start making the upgrades to our switch as of today some of our customers will experience difficulty making international calls to no international service for the next 24hrs. This will affect a portion of our subscribers at a time as we update and upgrade our switches. THIS IS FOR INTERNATIONAL CALLS ONLY,. Your Vonics local service will work just fine while we go through the upgrade process.
We appreciate your patience while we upgrade our switches and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience for the next 24 hrs this may cause you. We will notify you via email of the progress and completion of the task.
Regards,
Vonics Customer Service

| reply to Bill44130 What the hell is going on with Vonics. I can never reach somebody at costumer service. I still cannot call internationally since October 16th. I sink they are going bankrupt just like Sunrocket. Does anybody have advice what to do. I always speak to the same agent if I reach somebody her name is Aizel, I find it strange that they only have one employe for costumer service. |
