Here's the user agreement with this stuff... »www.cybertriallawyer.com/user-agreement it is kind of funny. Whatever you do, DON'T hit view-source when you get to their site or you are breaking the terms.

Search for this to see the good stuff:

These guys need to go back to law school.. Copyright does not give them the right to prevent viewing, as the name implied Copyright is about making copies, not viewing or listening to something

since the html code is already downloaded you your computer when you visit the page, you are not engaging in any further 'copying' in any sense when you select 'view source'

edit: after actually reading the link (shock horror) I see it's about the implicit user agreement not about copyright really, but still on shaky ground to say the least

Exactly.. by using their website you agree not to view their source. It's interesting... I think I'll copy their user agreement to my website.. without their stupid link of course.
