Just ran across this post in trying to determine a recent outage in our fiber DSL in Richardson. It's been down the last 2 days and wondering if it's our issue or if there's a larger outage in the area. My other thought was if any server/DSL settings changed that we didn't know about.
DSL router lights are good, our Linksys router is humming away but just flat out no connection from the PC to the internet. Done the normal power down of all components followed by power up and no joy.
Thought I'd try this before wading through the support maze.
