Doesn't sound good

It says they made a deal, what did they receive as part of the deal? I don't plan on joining in a class action lawsuit but I think they should not be above the law. The damage is already done, it's more important that this be prevented in the future than punished in the present... if the deal helps prevent this in the future I can accept it. I'm surprised they would take Bush at his word, though.
