All the Dems have to do is keep dragging this out until Bush is out of office. He can't veto isht if he's not in office.

What make you think Bush is going to be out of office any time soon?

He has ignored the constitution so far what makes you think he will acknowledge term limits. I can see it now Bush will say something like this.

"We are at WAR changing presidents would threaten National Security."

And the American people will buy it. Congress will fail to act again.
