I agree with this guy.
Over here in Kalamazoo, the AT&T guy showed up on time and hooked up my DSL fast. My network has never needed restarting and my connection has never failed in 9 months. (With Charturd cable broadband I was rebooting the system weekly and was down at least an hour at a time at least once a month)
When I did have a problem with a Win98 PC running on a wireless card, the tech support guy(that answered in less than 2 minutes on hold) had me up and running within 15 minutes.
Excellent service for less than half the cost of cable broadband and a free modem as bonus.
