Another technology that's been hyped for awhile but has yet to see practical fruition. I remember 10 years or more ago, Glasgow Electronic Plant Board (a city owned electric provider) started selling BPL (should be BOP  ) to it's residents. Think they got voted "most wired city" by Wired Mag for it. I did a quick search in wired magazine but didn't find anything.
