We would be lucky to get that in major metro areas at the beginning of the next decade. Well, if you assume the cost must be below $200/mo. Of course if you have plenty of cash you can get a full OC3 today (155Mbps).

I would love to be proven wrong on this prediction, but it's seriously what I think.

Hopefully by then it'll be possible to get T1 service at less than $250/mo. (for the sake of rural areas).
