i think 20/20 is a realistic announcement.

They KNOW cable Co's can't even come close to that much upstream. It's just not possible with their technology.

Plus, aren't their links at the CO's that feed all customers symmetrical as well?

The problem of course, would be with programs like bittorrent. To download 10gb you would have to find various torrents, and download, have hd space ect. But you could easily upload 100gb by just leaving the torrents at their default sharing. No additional work/hd space is needed to use TONS of upstream bandwith.
