Comcast 'Delaying' Not 'Blocking' Traffic > Are you KIDDING me?

lordofwhee join:2007-10-21 Everett, WA	Are you KIDDING me? If you "delay" a packet beyond it's TTL, then it's the same as blocking it, not to mention totally rapes TCP, thus actually making traffic go SLOWER (remember, TCP is VERY easily congested). Anyway, that's just blatantly wrong.
