Bellunder @teksavvy.com	What no NEWSGROUPS! I've heard it said the surest way to lose all your subscribers is to cancel newsgroup service. Newsgroup service is an integral part of internet services and the internet experience. For many people it's the only reason they sign up in the first place. It's outlandish to think an isp can actually think they're getting away with something as deplorable as this. No wonder look is now all but defunct. No newsgroups = no existents.

They dumped the newsgroups well over a year ago - about the time they went to the supposed 5MB AND raised their prices. I'm getting very weary of trying to talk to these folks. They blame Bell for bad lines, and Bell says it's their problem. There will likely be one more communique this week. Don't need this garbage. Will likely dump DSL for a week or so, then go to a new ISP.
