Should be a good investment

I'm glad to see that they're sticking with Xohm for now. They do plan on spending a ton of money on it next year though, and if they could cut some costs, I think some of that money should be spent on customer service and marketing before 4g. Sprint's commercials are some of the worst, and their customer service is continuously the worst among cell phone providers.

They are losing customers left and right on the iDEN side, so they need to do something about that. Either offer an incentive to get them on the CDMA side, put some money into the iDEN network, or start forcing Nextel users to CDMA with PowerSource phones or the upcoming QChat.
