Yet more speed increases up yonder and we are still stuck on the original tiers here in TX. Oh well, it works I guess.

They are doing it to compete with Cablevision. Notice how it is only available in states where Cablevision operates. They really should have gone to 30/30 since they can and that way they match the Cablevision top tier plan (Boost) for download and then trounce it on the upload.
