| Very Dissatisfied Net2Phone Customer
I was reasonably satisfied with our Net2Phone experience for nearly two years, but then they had a technical glitch, and we lost access to our home telephone number for nearly a month. They told us they could not restore service immediately unless we changed phone numbers because they had mistakenly given our number to another customer. Finally, after service was restored, we still needed technical help. When their voice mail says to leave a message and that they will return your call within 24 hours, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I had no service from the technical department and pathetic, argumentative service from the billing department. Good service until you run into a problem, then look out! |
