IN P.S., all you need is one layer in which you change the size and/or blending of the pattern overlay for each frame you make in I.R. - really simple. :)

This is the default first pattern with the size changed and the blending set to screen - 3 frames, different size for each frame. The background color was the default black.

And of course, a couple of patterns I made - just had to change the pattern, as I have them with different looks, but I changed the size somewhat too.

What the heck - one more, default PS pattern Ivy Leaves.

If you need the patterns, I can just send them to you - I think it was originally a zip file CaFF posted. I suppose I could do that, too.

It's three slightly variegated patterns of every color that appears on the frame.

1 Open the frame of your choice (mine has 3 frames)
2 Open the pic you want to frame (200x200)
3 Duplicate the pic so you have 3 frames
4 Tile the images so they are stacked on top of one another
(I prefer the pic Im going to paste to be on the bottom)
5 On the frame Edit>select all
6 On the pic Edit>select all
7 Hold down the shift key and drag the first frame of the pic to the first frame of the frame border
8 Then release the mouse button and the shift key. This will center the frames in the border.
9 Save your animation
