yeah, I remember how my full ISA length Hayes 2400i card used to be state of the art... until it wasn't.
I also remember when 56k analog modems were the fastest copper could handle back in the mid 90's when
Wall Street was throwing money at dozens of DSL technology companies, most that don't even exist anymore.
