Re: NO

First off, is it optional? I know of many campuses that just auto-file you in for a discount Rhapsody or some online such as a CYA for any illegal downloads students might do...just wondering if this is the same concept.

And second, no, I would not pay $25 a month for the trash RIAA is putting out these days. I might pay $25 for one month of the service, provided I could burn CDs . But, aside from the potential legal music workaround, no...not worth it to keep paying an industry that keeps putting out shabby products.

Yes...

I would do it if there was no contract. Since my library was lost, I would love to rebuild it. There is a ton of older music that I would love to have. Rhapsody charges 9.99 for a cd, and I don't realy like Rhapsody. from a value perspective, if there was no contract period, I could do well.

Assuming they are offering the J. Giels Band, Johnny Winter, Leon Russell, Stevie Ray, and JoJo Gunn!
