This could be good with a few modifications

This could be good if
1. It was optional
2. They also tossed movies in the package, not just music
3. They didn't limit on the choice of p2p network, in other words you could download stuff from any tracker, any network out there
4. It freed you from legal responsibility aka from **AA suits

If that was the case I believe I would pay that much gladly. Unfortunately that's never going to happen.
