because they don't offer it then she should have KNOWN she was not going to get email and hence - SHE is at fault for not getting the email's and losing business.
She should be on the hook - not AOL. It is time common sense made it presence known in the US again - it has been MIA for wayyyyyyy to long.

| No kidding. This is just another example of someone who is not willing to take responsibility for themselves and wants the government to take responsibility for them.
Personally, using your email ISP as your sole business email address is just plain stupid and an accident waiting to happen. If she was smart she would of used the services of an independent POP3 email account.
