Speakeasy mail issues

Just so everyone knows, Speakeasy has been experiencing some major issues with their mail servers. After submitting a repair request 4 times I was forced to move our mail services to another provider. The connectivity is excellent and Speakeasy is still our ISP. We can not however effectively continue to run a business with 3+ weeks of intermittent mail service.

I have a speakeasy account at my home and know 3 others whom have residential accounts with speakeasy. We all have missing e-mail over the past few weeks.

In my opinion speakeasy needs to address this issue and soon before they see a mass migration away from customer base. I loved what Speakeasy offered back in the beginning. At this point, I'm just wondering who's running speakeasy and do they care.

Yet another arguement for never, ever relying on an ISP for email service.
