I can see some problems with nodes or something with a lot of people sharing trying to get 10,000 songs because they can. I would be and i haven't downloaded anything. Heck if i was paying $250/year for music then an extra $80 hard drive would seem a good investment! Of course the current legit spending on music would go to ZERO. We kill itunes AND record stores so that unknown sources in unknown locations with unknown quality take over...hmmm no thanks.
I assume they don't have a comcast there that would try and shut-off P2P useage then. Even if 'legal' they still have the protect-the-network clauses. Pay for it but not allowed to do it because it clogs up the system!
Would they pay for it on ISP that doesn't even pretend to let you? Wireless ISP like verizon EVDO?
Anyways, hell no. I don't spend that much on music (that would be available online! I do spend on vintage/premium vinyl and Quad 8-tracks) |
