| Earthlink is a nightmare
I would never recommend earthlink services to anyone.
The connection was horrible, constantly had echo in the phone, bad connection! lost connection! no connection! Internet service was down for 1 week at a time. When I cancelled the service they continued taking money out of my account. I was told by the representative that I never cancelled and the account was still active and claimed that they own my phone number, which is not true. in addition they stated that a charge of $150.00 would be charged to my account for cancellation fee. This is after not having their service for over 1 mo. Please do not use their service. They cannot handle the capacity and service is very, very poor. I've missed so much time from work dealing with these people. They really need to be reported. san3  |
