Ha ha none of this really matters... Steve simmions rescued central jersey from the likes of RCN...turning it into a company that the community, the employees, hell even got national praise. they were close to doubling their subscriber base on a per year basis.
He then sold the company for a record per subscriber price...439 million dollar total... and moved back to Connecticut lol probably to write more children's books.
Comcast will come in and break the company up into territories. your local payment centers will now be regional payment centers.
Your one stop shop customer service will now require you to dial separate 800 numbers for each problem
24-7 call center will now be 24-7 tech support only.
You think they will assist with routers? no we only deal with our equipment..sorry

When i was a jerk off and cut my line while digging up the back lawn...I called Patriot and they were out later that night to fix it...thats not bad for escalation resolution.
