 [Connectivity] Down/up speeds...

so has anyone else noticed the apparent problems as of recent with the download and upload speeds with comcast HSI as of the last few days anyone might have an idea of whats going on? it seems since about tuesday the speeds dropped below anything useful and mostly everything has ground to a halt.
