Sure but between the time AT&T and Dish want their cash, and the time the home owner gets a settlement check for the $300, she/he's out the $300. The houses being burnt down are worth millions. They can afford to pay the bill. That shouldn't even factor into the equation. AT&T can wait, like all of their other debtors and leinholders, for homeowner's insurance to indemnify the policyholders. |
